Prior to joining LUON in 1997, Serge soaked up 7 years of experience in sales, the mail-order business and database marketing.
He is a true customer marketing specialist and aficionado. And he's a strong believer in customer experience management, driving relationships and measurable sales results. Next to running our company and keeping it financially healthy, he provides a handful of major consumer organisations with advice and expertise on marketing strategies, tactics and implementation.
Serge is also the architect and co-founder of Ello Mobile, a mobile telephone operator and one of the first commercial companies, established with the sole objective of donating 100% of its profits to non-profit causes.
