Happy Birthday, FNAC!
To celebrate the 25 th anniversary of FNAC, LUON created a festive-themed campaign including a 100-page catalogue. The imagery for the catalogue used a series of photoshoots of FNAC customers. A combination of product offers, games, discount actions, customer testimonials and customer photoshoots, all served to stimulate customer participation in the event whilst showcasing the broad and deep FNAC portfolio.
As with all FNAC catalogues, LUON managed the content collection, copywriting, design and production of the catalogue (two different versions requiring both different content and different languages). The backbone of this project was an online content management system, custom-built by LUON, which allows FNAC unit managers to upload and manage product specifications, text and images throughout the copywriting and design phases. This application strengthened the dialogue between FNAC and LUON, simplifying the production process considerably.
The catalogue was supported by a wide range of in-store and online traffic builders reinforcing the festive message. Congratulations, FNAC, on your 25 years. Here's to many many more!
