Retail training programme for HP Belux (launch teaser cards etc)
HP Belux approached LUON to help reinforce HP's relationship with its independent resellers and more specifically the sales personnel at medium-sized and large retailers. Using a combination of information and entertainment, the target group is teased and motivated to visit hpclub.be "after hours".
An impactful launch campaign on the floor brought our audience to the online club.
Our greatest challenge today is to motivate them into regularly visit the hpclub site. And thanks to the fortnightly updates, the varied content and relevant e-mail communication, they do. In the first 3 months after the launch alone, we recruited over 60% of the retail target group towards active participation. Infotainment works.
