Dove, customer satisfaction survey
LUON developed a satisfaction survey for Dove to meet a number of marketing needs. The primary aim was to
strengthen the relationship with their customers by establishing a strong and meaningful dialogue whilst learning more
about these customers in an unobtrusive manner.
The participation rate of this survey was extremely high. 57% of the delivered surveys have been answered (81% of opened emails were
answered). Reaction to the survey was also very positive. 74% of the readers are satisfied with the Dove e-newsletter. This confirmed the good
relationship that Dove has created with its readers through the newsletter. In partnership with agency Fé for the content, LUON deploys
Unilever’s online relationship marketing programme for Dove and is responsible for the visual approach of the newsletter.
