As the professional association for automotive and related sectors, EDUCAM operates right on the crossroads between employers, employees, government, educators and students. The bottom line: lots of messages to lots of different target groups.
So when asked to help them with restructuring their information and communication (after they changed their organisational structure to two separate entities) we didn’t hesitate for a second.
Well-structured information, bringing the right content to the right audience in an easy and direct way is essential for good customer experience.
After defining the content hierarchy and navigation paths, we created a user-oriented website, taking into consideration the needs and wants of different target groups. Our objective: bring them as quickly as possible to the information and solutions they are looking for. Once they've arrived there, the site offers all necessary conversion elements, in order to make sure the visitors register, request information, contact EDUCAM or leave their e-mail details for future communication. After all, the site isn’t simply there to bring relevant information. It needs to generate interaction, leads and sales conversion too!

Next to the user-oriented, cms-based website, we brought Educam’s printed sales & marketing communication in line with the new organizational structure and reorganized content. The result? A fresh and easy-to-navigate EduMag design and new corporate sales catalogues and brochures that fully match the overall Educam marketing and business objectives.
